I placed my order for a projector from UK Trend Zone on August 4, 2026, for $49 after seeing a television advertisement showing a projector with moving visual effects. The $49 charge posted to my bank account on August 5, 2026. The $49 payment was taken from my bank account. I have not received my order or a tracking number.

I later became concerned after finding reports from other customers describing products that did not match what was advertised. I attempted to contact UK Trend Zone using the customer service email provided on its website to request either the advertised product or a full refund. My email was not successfully delivered. Gmail reported "454 4.7.1 Relay access denied" and stated that it would continue attempting delivery.

I am reporting this because I paid for the advertised product, have not received the order or tracking information, and have been unable to successfully contact the company through its provided customer service email.
