The following was sent to me from this Sheena Wade regarding employment/and interview.

Please see the following screenshot of what was said.

Part of my name is blurred out for security and safety reasons, but please read what was sent to me. I've not applied for anything relating to this company, never heard of this company period.

Someone named April Basler contacted me via text about a remote employment position with Quantum Constellation Technology using phone number 314-475-1646. She claimed their recruitment team had reviewed my resume and invited me for an interview using Microsoft Teams. Since this was unsolicited and random , I advised I would need to research the business before agreeing to an interview. I was then sent the reply below:

“I need you to log into your Microsoft Teams app on your Phone or PC and message the Hiring Manager, Mr. James Gruner by searching he's email or using the Teams interview invite link

I knew at this point it was a scam and found this website and other comments by reverse searching the phone number.

Sheena Wade texted from 424438219 stating she had my resume and to reach out if I was interested in the remote position. I looked up the phone number and company on Google and found this site to report the scam.

On Friday 3:12pm on 8/11/23 I was contacted by a Mrs. Sheena Wade via text from 314-475-1646 who said they had my resume. quoted my full name that was on resume. Gave me info about the job and pay and the UKG Ultimate Kronos Group Then told to contact Mr. James Gray via Skype invite ************. I logged in and proceeded with a text interview. I was contacted by Larry May via email who sent a contract of employment and w4 for the state of MD to fill out and sign, which I did. I was sent via Skype message from Mr. Gray that I would receive a check via UPS for the work materials required such as laptops monitors etc. i was to deposit it in my bank then contact them. I did receive a check via UPS for $3765.45 I thought it was odd that the check came from a differnet location and the letter did not have a letter head. I asked the hiring manager about it and he said he reached out to a local 3rd party to send me the check quicker to get me started. I did deposit the check but i had a weird feeling about it . I soon then called the bank and explained what happened and was informed this is a widespead new scam going on and they would notate the account. I also filed a complaint with the ftc on the companies and fraud alerts on my credit since i filled out the w4. The letter i got with the check was from financelink.

The same phone number 314-475-1646 is coming in under Quantum Constellation Technology using Microsoft Teams to interview. I received a random text message with a remote job offer that I immediately detected as a scam. Beware!
