I received a text message from Tom with UHB, he referred to me correctly by my first name and referenced a property that I own. He offered to purchase the property for $79,000 - $95,000. The house is not for sale. I am on the Do Not Call Registry. I have not consented to be contacted by Tom or his company UHB.
