The quality of their product is poor. The website says they allow returns but when you reach out to start the return they will not provide details on how to start the return process. Instead they will offer to give you a discount on another purchase.

Ordered a product online. Product was not a described and much too small. Shop claimed it had a storefront in NYC. No address or phone number for return. 20+ contacts to try to get a return label with a runaround each time. Still will not offer return label or credit to my account.
