Sales person gave me inaccurate quote information for a 3 man move. The morning of the move 2 men showed up to my surprise. I called the logistics manager and the third person showed up almost 2 hrs later. I was overcharged for 5 hrs of a move though they were there 3.5 hrs total. I called and was told someone would call me back. A full week later I received a call from Taylor Trim who stated multiple times he would only refund an hour of my move ONLY if I stated I was satisfied with him and his service via email. He promised an email confirmation of the refund which I never received. After a few calls to his seemingly never available office line, I was finally connected by hitting 1 for new sales (also the only number that seems to answer their phones). He then proceeded to state he would not refund my money since I'm not happy with his service and would not "go out of his way" to help me if I wouldn't state I was in a reply email I still had not received from him. His manager's vm conveniently full and always in a meeting. It's obvious this company uses bait and switch techniques and bullies customers in giving false reviews.
