Since January 27th, I have been sending emails and correspondence trying to cancel the subscription. Every time I sent an email it would bounce back. Also notice that there was an issue with the website, sometimes the ending would say .co other times.com so I sent it to both versions. I even called their toll free number, which was hard to find and left a message stating that I wanted to cancel the subscription. I even went on their website and left an email in the contact us section to cancel that subscription.
This morning I received a notification that I was being charged once again through my PayPal account. I immediately disputed with PayPal who referred me to the vendor instead. It was during this time that I noticed another email address that was being used Trend Outlet Brands • [email protected]. Someone, using the name Jane was corresponding with me.
When I explained the situation that I was trying to cancel the subscription and get a refund, she provided steps showing me how to cancel the subscription.
While I was able to cancel the subscription successfully and received confirmation, Jane informed me that they were unable to issue a refund. When they took out the money earlier today February 21st, they sent an email of confirmation stating that they would let us know when the item had been mailed. I explained to Jane that since the product had not been mailed and I had not received the second product of the tea, that's why I was requesting the refund. I sent screenshots showing my correspondence. They still refuse to issue a refund. I had to contact PayPal and make a claim to receive a refund because I have buyer protection.
These people are scammers!
