Arbor Tutors does not have tutors on staff who can help with the MCAT. Though the website listed over a dozen potential tutors, none of them worked for the company when I started working with them. The person who recommended the company tk me told me he had nothing to Arbor, but he actually runs and/or owns the company. He talked me into a tutoring package, saying verbally many times that it was risk-free and refundable. I was promised I would be paired with an elite scorer, and guaranteed a 95th percentile score. I was paired with someone who scored in the 75th percentile after studying for only 6 weeks. When I asked for another tutor, there was none available. When I asked for a refund, I was told it wasn’t refundable. Then, I found out the initial person is actually running the company, and I was lied to the entire time. This is a giant scam, and I have lost nearly $9000.

I am on our local school website for individual academic tutoring. I received a text asking me to email the above address to set up math tutoring for an 11 year old girl from England looking to move to this country. Payment was going to be from a previous tutor who's wife just past away. The email wanted my personal information, which I didn't give. I felt uneasy to I called the number and there was a voicemail from Edward, not Barb. I looked up Dawn Harris and found out this is a scam. Please stop them.
