The product I ordered from tundra.com was wholesale incense for my business, this is not the first time that I have ordered this from this company however this time when I ordered the product the company took my money, $212, and never sent it through to the supplier of the product, I contacted the supplier of the product through their direct website and they stated they never received my order or my money from the company that I placed my order through, the supplier of the product also stated that they no longer sell through this company and that I shouldn't have been able to place an order because the supplier is not affiliated with tundra any longer. I have attempted to contact tundra several times via [email protected] asking for a refund and cancelation of my order and there has been no response or refund issued.
