Saw company on tiktok. Profile looked legit with many videos of puzzles in real life. I submitted a request for an album I wanted a puzzle of on their website. About a week later i received an email that my request was completed with a link to the company website where I could purchase said puzzle. I purchased with apple pay (debit). Never received order confirmation. I emailed the company and privately messaged them on their social media (instagram and tiktok @tuchnypuzzles). They never responded. I then commented multiple times on their social medias about my issue with my purchase. I emailed again. They blocked me and never sent the puzzle.
