I saw this add on fb for a knee brace for people with knee problems. Being a senior, I thought I'd give it a try. But they have different selections for purchase. Well, I only need one. Made my selection and proceeded to check out. There was a page that said " purchase approved" but a "flash"of an amount of $85.00! One did not cost that amount!. I attempted to call them right after the purchase but they were "closed." Called the next day, but all the "prompts" were confusing! Finally a message said "wait for next available team member." But shortly after that the message said, "they were experiencing high volume of calls", and call ended. They are scammers because they make it difficult to communicate with them to avoid any questions or cancellations.

Placed an order online. They charged my card twice and said it could not e replace and it was an up-sale offer

I purchased their product on 9-17-24 and did not receive the product. I called several times but could not reach anyone. I then emailed support and never received a return email response. This company just takes your money.
