I was thinking of buy a pair of Osmo Claroptix night driving glasses. On the main page there was a button to get a 70% discount. Upon clicking it, I was given the offer to buy a pair for $99 from the regular price of $155. I started a chat and said that I should be able to buy a pair for about $47 which would be the discount. The "person" on the chat said that they could give me a 20% discount and not the 70%. I argued that their website said I could get a 70% discount. After several rounds of argument I said that this was a bait and switch and that I'd be reporting it. The chat then ended.

The product was a neck massager which arrived completely non functional and very cheaply built. The seller required us to ship it back to them with a tracking number and restocking fee totaling $115 to receive a refund of only a portion of the original cost. They also offered to send us $14 dollars to just suck it up and not send it back. Horrible scam of a business… please warn others not to buy.
