I tried a product advertised on snapchat last month from tryherplus (www.tryherplus.com), found out it was a scam a week later. Reported it to the BBB. The website will not let you cancel the order. When you click on the order details, you can see the options to cancel it then it goes straight to click bait offering a discount to redeem for another product. They just charged my card again while I was sleeping for a refill I didn't approve or signup for, costing me $60. I reported this to my bank and have another card coming. I sent an email to [email protected] to cancel that way but I know it's a waste of time. There's different addresses showing for this company in Tampa, USA. The original order I got had a known scammer name on the lable, not the company's name from an entirely different city and state. I'm attaching a screenshot from my email where I tried contacting this company to cancel. I looks like it went to nobody
