The product offered was Derma Lumiere. They get you with a free trial that you only have to pay shipping and handling for. Terms and conditions are hidden and are not available until after you place an order. When you try to cancel, they never cancel you unless you pay for the first shipment, but the first shipment was supposed to be a free trial????? They are also trying to charge you $127 per nbottle- they ship you two products. When you look for these products online, they sell for $24-$27, but if you look closer, they bottle is a little different. The product is not even a legit product.

I denied my charges and changed my CC because they were going to keep charging it every month and they simply won't cancel. They then harass you every day about it. I told them, that they can file a dispute with my CC and that I would handle it through them, but they won't do that either because they know they are a scam. They they try to threaten reporting your credit, and I explain that if they were a legit company they would understand that they can't do that and that at this point they are harassing me.

I ordered an eye cream which was offered at an initial fee of approx. $12. The add stated it was a one time fee and that IF we wanted to continue receiving we could voluntarily request the product at a higher fee. What they did not tell the buyer is that they will continue to send this product monthly , UNSOLICITED and that the buyer will have to reach out to a) find out why we are receiving a second item and b) request they cease and desist any/all future orders. In my call to them, they advised me of this. I was not aware it is apparently 'buried' in their Terms & Conditions, which I did not see when ordering. They also require you in their words: "In case you need to make a return, please include original non-tampered or obscured shipping label". I wanted them to send me a prepaid shipping label as I did NOT AGREE to any followup orders. They claim they do NOT provide this and that the buyer has agreed to this deeply buried in their Terms and Conditions. Highly fraudulent. They also clearly know this is the case. The operator has his rhetoric well memorized. Clearly he restates this 'rhetoric' many many times each day. Very conformational also.
