I signed up for a subscription to cravies last Fall. I recieved my first order and really enjoyed it. I was then charged in December for my second delivery, but I still have not received it as of January 24th 2026. I have reached out multiple times, only get a response when I wrote a negative review. I have been promised twice that the order was shipping soon….

Now the website is just a placeholder.

Where is my product?!
