08/19/2026 ordered a product from Naturale and returned it via the USPS Tracking # 9502 1144 0270 6270 7578 82 dated 09/28/2026. They charged my credit card $156.00 from their company listed in Sherida, Wyoming. They never credited my card for the returned merchandise. The following month they did the same thing but I caught them in time. On 09/16/2026 they charged my card 167.70 & I complained to them immediately. They credited me the 167.70. They claimed that this was a subscription, which I NEVER ordered. On 10/01/2026 they attempted to do it again by stating they are shipping me another shipment. I quickly cancelled the credit card before they could charge me again. I contacted the fraud department and they stated that they would investigate it.

I can't seem to upload my PDF's or emails from this scam company.
