Try Hula Hoop Reports & Reviews (5)

Purchased this in June as the ‘Infinity Hoop’ only to receive a broken piece of crap a month later. I have emailed with them back and forth for two months and have heard all the promises for a refund but have yet to see it. I purchased thru Affirm and tried to go thru them for a refund but had no luck as they are basically a third party vender. The whole experience has been extremely frustrating. Stay far far far away from this company.

I typically don't leave reviews/comments. My experience is much like the other ones posted. I was lead to believe I was purchasing an Infinity hoop. I waited for a month for the product to arrive (this should have been my 1st clue). When I opened it I could tell eight away that it was fake and honestly a piece of crap. I contacted the company via email. We did "trouble shooting" and of course it still wasn't working. After asking MULTIPLE times about the return process I was left with "Sorry for your inconvenience." Literally...that's all the last email said. Even though when I was purchasing this it said use for 30 days and if 2 links aren't gone get your money back. Of course none of that is in my confirmation emails now that I look back at it. So...double check the website before you select purchase... because I was on Infinity hoop website...I don't know how I got redirected.

I just received mine. I thought I was buying the actual Infinity Hoop. That's on me. However, it came in a dented box from "Jane" in NY. It's missing pieces listed on their OWN site. It did come with a mini screwdriver, so there's that. I sent them a msg, but based off the posts above... I'm going to dispute this thru Affirm.

I purchase this item as well. I emailed them for the past three weeks trying to get my money back and they’ve been telling me somebody will contact me. It states that this came out of Washington which it didn’t so that was a red flag for me. I didn’t like it it didn’t work right he’s telling me to ask off into it. I just don’t like it at all. I asked for a refund and as of till this day, I have not gotten a phone call in reference to returning this product. I will be sending it back to the address that I found on the email.

I purchased the item, a weighted hula hoop, from the scammer’s website. It is nothing like pictured. They have video reviews posted and the item I received is a cheap knock off of what is portrayed in the videos. I don’t believe any of their reviews are real. I purchased the item relying on their 90-day risk free return policy. I went back and forth via email with their returns department for almost 2 weeks. I was asked the same series of questions over and over again, I wouldn’t hear back for days, the exchange would be initiated by a person with a different name twice, and I was told eventually that I would receive a return label “soon.” That was a week ago and now they are not answering my emails at all. There is no phone number to contact them. The website says they’re in Washington but the package came from Jamaica NY.
