Watched many videos on several social media links about the Fitly stepper. Decided to try it and got an offer for buy one and get the second for a percentage off thru their website. Ordered and it's denotes a week and have had no updates and there is no way to contact them other than their [email protected] email to which I have received no response. Big scam.

Ordered a mini stepper from Facebook link, thought i had done my due diligence by researching the website independent of facebook. However got mixed messages about shipping with one notification saying it had been delivered today, no where to be found. I emailed the privided support address and got a return undeliverable for the address. I went to the website and entered my order number provided for tracking info and it said order does not exist despite having email confirmation of order received. I think this was a scam and website needs to be removed to protect other [censored] like me
