This sleep apnea pillow was advertised on Facebook. It led to the website try-airway.pro where I purchased it with my credit card for $58.23. This product was never delivered and similar ScamPulse.com users have had this experience.

I ordered an item that was never received. I tried tracking my order with the information that they gave me with no luck. I contacted them via email with no response. I also contacted them through the customer service on the website with no response. Upon looking further their was no phone number to contact them.

I made an order on 12/12/2025 from Airway Texhnology LLC. After about a month, I inquired about the shipment. They said it was in transit. Another week went by and no update to the shipping information. They attempted to offer a partial reimbursement while keeping the items once they arrive. I declined. They did this several times until they said they would offer a full 100% reimbursement. That was almost a month ago and I have yet to receive my money back. It appears this company keeps changing their website slightly and their actual address. I’ve read several reviews from people who have made similar purchases through this company who have claimed that it is a scam. Over 90% of the reviews stated this, which further claims that this company is a scam and they must be held accountable.

I have purchased two pillows and two covers on January 11, 2026. After a few days I have received an email that my order is being looked at for accuracy. I waited another week and I have not received any other confirmation that my order has been shipped out. I have sent email asking about updates , but there was no response. I have sent additional email a week later with no response from the company. I have sent two messages through the website. The last one was on 2/5/26. I have looked up a Better Business Bureau website today and I found out that this is most likely a scam. I will be contacting my credit card today as well.

I ordered a pillow from this company online. After I purchased my pillow I received a confirmation e-mail. The e-mail said that my pillow was on it's way. I never received a confirmation of shipping nor did I receive the product that was purchased.
