Trueform Brands charged me extra without permission and won't refund it all
I used my card and when i check the email for conformation they took 199plus. I've lost a total of $160.
I called to cancel purchase they said i could but they would give back a 100 and the rest when i receive the product
When i check with the bank they put back 100 but without my knowledge or permission took an additional 59plus from my account i called them on and inform them that they basically stole from my account they gave me the runaround and said they can put back 30 dollars and the rest when i return the additional bottles they said go with my order
I told them i did not order it or ask for it and they have no right to go into my account without my knowledge
I told them to refund the 59plus
Because while they can say i made a purchase with the first even though i purchase a 39plus package i did not purchase anything else
I've since close the account the bank knows as well all this took place on the 18 of this month around 1pm and the phone calls to them and the bank was made within an hour. I tried emailing them at [email protected] too.
