TrueBoost, whom I’d never heard of, charged $149.95 to one of my credit cards. I called the card company and had them reverse the charge, launch a fraud investigation, and send me a new card. The weird thing is that I haven’t used that credit card in more than a year, so it’s a mystery to me how anyone got access to the account.

Just got noticed of a bogus $67.32 charge on my Credit Card from True Boost never business with them

i got an offer for a free cap and was told all i had to do was pay shipping $5.32 so i did it not relizing what i was getting into, this is a scam for a free item and they say all you have to dod is pay shipping $5-$7-$10 whatever and after they charge you for shipping then they start charging you small amounts hoping you don't reliealize it and just pay it, well i,m now,, even though it's a major hassle i,m going to cancel this credit card a nd get another 1, i,m mad

Trueboost came into my account and took $7.95 and the next thing I knew I had a charge on this Sunday 12/11/2022 for $67.32. I'm not even sure how I can lock them out of my account. It's a cash app account. I had no idea of who this company was until I googled them. I am a Amazon Queen. I could have gotten those gummies for $5-15. The scammers are getting out control!

I've never heard of these guys before and have never done business with anyone named Trueboost. The card company can't give me any details on who they are or the kind of merchant.. only that I need to contact them to have them stop charging my card. However, I don't know how to do that.

I was told to fill out survey and pay 7.95 shipping and handling for a free product on 5/5/22. I am sure I won't receive it and today, 5/10/22 I was charged 56.95. I didn't authorize this nor am I going to receive any thing. I have no idea what the 56.95 is even for! I am on disability and now I can't purchase all my medicine . People are terrible! I don't even know how to contact them to demand a refund.

I had the same experience of survey, 7.95 on 5/5 and now today 5/10 i was charged 56.95. I am on disability and now I am unable to afford all my medicine. I have no numbers to call to complain and demand a refund! Please help!

I was emailed a an offer from Amazon to take a survey, and received a free gift, I completed the survey. Chose one of the free gift, I just had to pay shipping 7.45

I was charged 7.45 on 1/3/22 and 54.97 on 1/7/22 (I didn't authorize this charge)

Called the number listed on my statement, it's a third-party service, first she insisted I agreeded to pay that amount, I DIDN'T, she said she had to contact the merchant, offered me a 40% refund, I declined and demanded a full refund, again "she said"

She needed to contact the seller, then offered me a full refund in the form of a company voucher, I declined and demanded a 100% refund to my credit card of 54.97 she said the company authorize her to offer a full refund, and I'd receive it in 5-7 day. This is false advertisement that seek to steal people's money. I want other to be aware, but most important! I hope you shut them down from cheating people.
