truebeautyglow.com advertises on social media platforms for a device that claims to use advanced LED technology & EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) to slim. lift, and brighten your skin. They also sell a conductive gel that is purchased separately and it partners with the device. After I received the items, the conductive gel I used on my face, and my skin broke out in a rash and also wasn't satisfied with the quality of the device. Their return policy on their website is very misleading on the main page. I emailed support@truebeautyglow (they don't have a phone number) and explained what happened and told them that I wanted to return both items. They replied that it is non-refundable and stated that items purchased during sales events (the items are always on sale), are non-refundable. They offered a 30% refund as a gesture of goodwill. I contacted my credit card company to open a dispute on 02/13/25. I emailed them back and told them I opened a dispute with my credit card company . They replied "Please cancel the dispute, and we will extend the partial refund to 50%, which is the most we can offer. Even if you proceed with the dispute, you will still need to comply with our policy, and it is likely to be resolved in our favor". I have no plans on cancelling the dispute with my credit card company. A reputable company would take a return, especially within 30 days of delivery of the merchandise. They sold me a beauty product that broke my skin out in a rash (gel) and the device is poor quality. I reached out to them to return the items for a refund and they refuse to take the return and refund me in full in the amount of $109.25 Buyer beware of this company. There refund policy on the main page for the device is very deceptive. The items were delivered to me on 01/22/25 and I emailed them about a refund 02/11/25, so it was within 30 days, which is normal for returns.

I purchased a device from True Beauty Glow, but the product I received did not have the 'True Beauty Glow' branding on it. Upon further research, I found the same device available on Amazon for about half the price. It appears that this company is reselling the same product with just a 'True Beauty Glow' sticker—when they remember to include it.

I received the product but it does not work properly. It seems of very low quality and damaged. I reached out to process a return and have been left with no response for weeks. I explained the product does not work and when I finally received a response they asked yet again for my reasoning and to also provide a video. It seems they have no intention of honoring their gracious return policy stated on their website. It’s a fake product and scam.

My daughter asked us to buy a product for her with a link to the product so we could order for Christmas. I ordered it from the link provided using my credit card with the understanding the product would arrive in 5 to 7 days. 18 days later, no product and very suspect tracking info appearing as though the product was shipped internationally. Sent an e-mail to their “customer service” address and no reply.
