This website is dishonest and sent a product that does not work. The red light mask does not work even after charged and looks like it was made for about $5. Poor quality. Poor customer service as a reached out to them multiple time and did not hear back from them for almost a month. When they reached out to me they said they would not accept a return since there was a “discount” on the product. Well shame on me, because there is always some sort of discount advertised on their page. I am so disappointed with the lack of integrity from this company and they need to be shut down. They use Shopify which makes it appear like a reputable company. When it in fact is not and needs to be shut down. No one should purchase from them.

Product does not work as stated, Phone number does not work, Auto email response states cannot refund special sale items, yet the same item has been on sale for the past 45 days, so they scam you and then you cant return AND then they even signed me up for reoccurring payments without my consent.

“True Beauty Glow” runs Instagram ads that direct consumers to their website. Customer service works out of a residential bathroom and limited contact info is provided. No formal return policy exists. The products appear to be generic items off Amazon with a True Beauty Glow sticker placed on them.

I ordered a product from True Beauty Glow. Their product is advertised on social media, spreading false information about their products results. When the product arrived, it was lower quality. The box was ripped. The product did not produce such results. I emailed and Instagram messaged the business to initiate a refund. They have not responded.
