Their website states that for a refund, you need to contact them and they will send a return label. When we reached out them, they told me I had to pay for return shipping because the part wasn’t damaged in shipping. There were no installation instructions included and these are most certainly counterfeit. The material is very flimsy and not worth what they charge for it.

Order grille for truck it didn’t fit ask for refund they said had return the grille so I sent it back and was in contact with them via email but they just keep saying they will look into but it has been returned for almost three weeks now still have not been refunded and now they stop responding to my email.
