THEY SELL YOU THE PAGE A CHEAP TICKET AND THEN THEY CALL THAT THE RESERVATION IS NOT COMPLETE THAT YOU DID NOT PAY AIRPORT EXPENSES AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT ELSE LIES THAT YOU HAVE A DIFFERENCE IN MONEY THEY SEND YOU AN EMAIL SO THAT YOU ACCEPT TO CHARGE THE REMAINING MONEY TO YOUR CARD. THEY THREATEN THAT IF YOU CANCEL YOU HAVE A PENALTY AND IF YOU CANCEL THE CREDIT CARD YOU CAN'T FLY, I DON'T KNOW

Booked three tickets JFK-LIS-JFK on Delta thru TripntravelUSA. Price was way lower than Delta's or TAP's advertised prices. Entered credit card information as well as passenger details including dates of birth :( Shortly thereafter received a call from a strange number and let it go to voice mail. Upon retrieving the voice mail, there was a message from a person with a very 'put-on' accent saying that the reservation was not confirmed and that I needed to call him in order to confirm the reservation. Checked my email and there were two emails (one in english and one in spanish) saying the fare was no longer available and I needed to call them to discuss alternatives. Since all this seemed very suspicious I researched TripntravelUSA on Google, and it turns out this is a common tactic for them to initiate the scam. Called my Credit Card company and canceled the card. Unfortunately, TripntravelUSA still has our names, genders, and date of births. Wish we had done the research FIRST :((

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! ALERT
Total scam, try to book a flight to Germany, original price was around $4,000, then they call me back because airline couldn't do it for that price, they want it $500 more, i said ok, then 2 days later they want it $500 more. They charged my American Express and as soon as they did i had 2 more fraudulent charges to my card. Never received a confirmation number. Charges show Delta Airlines and when i called Delta they had no records with name on it, no confirmation number, no credit card charges. I cancelled the whole process after 2 weeks and told me i couldn't get a refund only a credit from Delta (they had no record) and after i contacted American Express and initiated a dispute then they refund the money back to American Express. I initiated a case/complain with BBS for an investigation. These people should not be doing business in the US. Always read reviews before you buy anything (it would it save me a lot of headaches).

I booked a very convenient flight from LAX to Seattle, the next day they contacted me to say the low cost ticket was not available anymore but I could rebook with a discounted price that was way more than regular price for any major airline, 2 weeks later $1300 in an online purchase at Lowes store that I never made, I carefully checked all my transactions and were at trusted places except for this "tripntravelusa" Scammers big time, don't give them your information!

This site and agents are fraud. Do Not Use this website or their phone number. They play with United booking system to get lower rate and pocket the other half then United catches it as fraud once ticket is issued and they cancel the flight and credit just the United portion they were paid. They did this twice in two weeks. Insisted that they are not fraud but both times all my four tickets got canceled. We booked different flight last minute at much much higher cost due to this nonsense. They also use fake email to give to United so you never get an email from United of any changes and games they play pretending to be you with United. It’s mind boggling what they do. Just don’t believe or book anything with these people. It jeopardized our travel and had to pay thousand more.

I recently got scammed by these people. They didn’t send me my plane tickets, they had my card details, they had my family’s full names and date of births. Now my kids, my wife and I now are at risk. I got unauthorized charges about a week later, and the purchases got higher and higher each time. It started off at $170 at some rental place, then $400 at Walmart.com, and then I caught on and called my bank. They disputed the charges and sent me a new card. Be very careful when purchasing stuff too good to be true!

This website is not trustworthy. Especially the agent Alina. She barely knows English and wanted to charge my card without my permission. They offer you a cheap deal and then they say the flight is no longer available and offer you a “discounted” price triple the amount you were willing to pay. Shame on these fools. Good thing I got an alert to decline these scammers.

We booked flights with trip travel on line at a cost of almost $3000 the next morning they called to say the flights were no longer available and the money would be refunded. A week later on 11/3 and 11/4 2022 our card details were used to purchase almost $6000 of furniture from a high end retailer in Tampa by persons unknown (no flight payments ever showed on our statement) This was a new credit card and tripntravel were the ONLY people to have been given the number. Fraud reported to credit company and the retailer in the hope of stopping delivery of goods. BEWARE of these scammers!

I was looking for a ticket Minneapolis to Nairobi so I booked from them. Woke up in the morning and haven’t received confirmation then I called them they were asking me all those questions even the flight number what kind of agent is that then I checked with delta they told me they have not received anything then I called tripntravelusa so they told me I have to pay $700 extra to get the ticket then I ask for refund and cancel then and they refused. I finally got my money back from my bank but they totally scam even the site went offline as of this morning.

I booked tickets from LAX to DUBAI yesterday from this website because they had a good deal. The tickets were supposed to be using Delta Airlines, so I called Delta Airlines this morning to confirm they have received the booking that I made on tripntravelusa.com. However, the booking reference I provided them was not one that they use, they told me to obtain a 6 digit booking reference from the travel agency. So, I called the travel agency and they mentioned that actually, my booking has changed, specifically my flight back to LAX now has not 1 layover, but 2 layovers. I said that's okay as long as the price has not changed for that inconvenience. They said that the price has now increased to 797 per ticket for the 4 tickets I purchased. I asked them why they did not let me know of this as soon as they heard. They mentioned that they called me, which by the way I did not receive a call from them, so I told them: most reputable airline agencies/companies send this kind of information/news via email and apologize for the inconvenience. Which I did not receive. Later I asked to cancel because I made sure the booking had 24 hours cancelation before purchasing it. When I called to cancel, they said it would be $50 per ticket for a total of 200 dollars to cancel when the booking clearly had 24-hour cancellation. They said that this was a discounted ticket so that is why they can not provide the 24-hour cancellation. But that is not true, because it did not say anywhere that it was a discounted ticket or that it would not have 24-hour cancellation. So then they started to say that I was stupid, and what would I know about travel and tickets. Every time I asked to speak to someone else, they cut me off, so I would have to call back and they refused to let me speak to their manager. As they were being rude to me and raising their voice, I asked to speak to their manager and asked for their name which they were very rude to me then as well.

I had enough, so I checked my bank statements and thankfully there weren't any charges yet, so I explained this situation to my bank and they froze my account and will send me a new card. This company is definitely a scam and a normal airline company or agency would never do this.
