I ordered their product off a social media ad. I am pretty sure it was Facebook, but I am not remembering the exact location of the ad. I have messaged because I never received the product. One time somebody responded that it was on its way and when I never heard back again, I have emailed a few more times that I would like a refund because clearly the product isn’t coming, and I haven’t heard a response since

Scammer has a website that looks legit and scams individuals to buy products that they never intend to send to customers.

I purchased the product from TrimTaste.com after seeing some ads on social media. During check out, their website is flawed and forces you to select ad one, then no option to review the order before finalizing the purchase. I was able to contact the company, they said the order was shipped but I could return the product once it was received. The product has not been received, yet they charged me $130 for a second month. Now they are not responding to any communication. No phone number is listed.
