Horrible experience

Don't listen to the other review on here. Look elsewhere and you'll see multiple experiences like my own. Ordered $75 in products. Product cleared customs and was lost by the usps. I filed multiple missing mail inquiries all stating they have no idea where my package could be. I tried contacting tribe matses via email and live chat multiple times. No response whatsoever. This has been the exact same case with hundreds of customers which I only learned of after the fact. Their website claims that should such a situation arise, they will rectify the situation, but its impossible to get the situation rectified when the completely ignore all emails and contact attempts. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. You've been warned. Best of luck!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

This company sells sacred herbs from the Amazon. Two orders got stuck in customs and never came. They were shipped back and when I contacted Tribe Matses they didn’t respond. They had been very responsive before the order so it seems the money is taken. The not sure why they haven’t refunded me or tried to send another order but they got my money so far.
