Received a card saying they need to talk to me about a matter concerning my property. Made it sound like there was a problem and they need to talk to me urgently. They gave me a phone number to call to listen to recorded message which I did not call because it was an 866 number which can be a billable phone scam. They also ask me to keep this matter private.

The only way I could tell who this was from was the return address on the card. I checked out the address ( 3101 Browns Mill Road Suite 6398 Johnson City Tn 37604) which does not seem to exist. The tone of the card was somewhat threating.
