Kris Lagrace sells counterfeit/replica name brand merchandise. On Saturday, April 1st at 12:44pm, I messaged Kris Lagrace via Messenger to order a Gucci Wrap, Gucci Belt and Gucci Cross-body pocketbook. We confirmed the items, confirmed the cashapp to send the money to and confirmed the price and also confirmed that I would receive the items before my trip to Vegas on 4/19. On Saturday, April 1st, I sent $425.00 to Kristen Allen (Kris Lagrace Daughter) as per her request. On Tuesday, April 4th @ 2:16pm, I messaged Kris Lagrace via Messenger requesting update on when the items will ship. She stated it will be next week (week of 4/9/23). On Wedednesday, April 12th, I again messaged Kris Lagrace via Messenter on the shipping as I needed the items for my vacation. She replied it will be shipping Monday, April 17th and she will ship it priority mail. I again messaged Kris Lagrace on Monday, April 17th for shipping information and she did not respond. On April 18th, I requested my refund. She then replied that she was in the hosptal and had surgery, she won't be refunding and will ship once she is discharged. Time passed, I went on my trip. May 2nd, I posted on her Facebook page about her stealing my money and that I would be filing a complaint with the police. She then replied at 8:20pm after her daughter Kristen Allen showed her my post. Long story short, Kris Lagrace was supposed to have shipped the items via USPS, tracking number 9400109205568458097529 as of today, June 28th, 2023 I have not received my items or my $425. She sent a bogus shipping number. As per USPS a package was never received with that tracking number. I have been in contact with Aiken County Sheriff Office, I have filed a Complaint with my local policy department. I paid for a Private Investigator to locate Kris Lagrace and have sued her in District Court. It has also come to my attention that Kris Lagrace not only stolen my money but countless others. She asking money to be sent via cashapp and not sending people their merchandise while keeping the money. She needs to be stopped. I have since reached out to the Aiken Standard to report this to the local newspaper/reporters. I am awaiting a call-back.
