Please, please, PLEASE do not buy from this company. Bought a TrendZipy Spin Scrubber mid June. Never received.

JULY 25th - second attempt to find out shipping information

It's now been over a month since I've ordered and I have no confirmation - besides the above email - that the order is being processed and gone to shipping. I understand back ups, however this is getting a bit ridiculous. When will my order being shipped?

AUGUST 1st - checking in again

Another week has gone by... what is the status? I am considering just cancelling my order at this point.

We can confirm that your tracking number should be sent shortly, we are now sending out tracking numbers slowly due to our influx in orders.

AUGUST 17th - starting to lose it

This is now coming up on two months since ordering. Tracking numbers that supposedly will be "sent out shortly."

I would like to either have a phone number to speak with a supervisor directly or I want to cancel my order. This is beyond ridiculous and bordering on scamming.

SEPTEMBER 18th - I'm done

I want a refund now. I'm already reporting this company for scamming the public but I want the money back I paid over 4 months ago for a product that never came. How do I receive a refund?

While scrolling through Facebook an ad came up in my feed for a home cleaning product. I looked up the company which seemed legitimate and didn't have any online warning. I purchased the product for 59.99 on May 21st. I received an email confirming my purchase stating that it should process within a few days. I later sent emails June 14th and July 1st to which they responded that they were behind on orders and would process my order soon. I read the company's refund policy which says you must wait 2 months for a refund. On July 14th I sent an email stating that it was almost 2 months and that I would like a full refund. To which they responded it would be shipping in a few days and that they would email me the tracking number. It's now past the two months and 10 days since their last email.

I purchased a scrubbing system online May 10, 2018. The only way to contact this company is thru email. They said it would be sent after processing the order for 3-5 days and it could take up to 14 days to receive it. I have never received my purchase. I have contacted them several times. They send an email within 24 hours saying it was being processed, then it was being sent, they would give me the tracking number within a couple days, etc. I have asked them to cancel the order, after waiting for 76 days, but they will not do that either!!! I still haven’t received it and there is no other way to contact them. I am very frustrated. I hope you’re able to resolve this for me. There is no contact info on their website so I don't know where they are

I saw an ad from this "company" on facebook on May 31, 2018 and thought a cleaning product they offered was interesting, so I placed an order for $59.99. They immdieately charged my credit card that day, but I never received any indication that a product had shipped. I contacted them through their website asking about the status of my order on July 12. On July 13 I got a short message saying

"We can now confirm you will now receive a tracking number in a couple of days!

Let me know if you need anything whatsoever!

I waited two more weeks before contacting them again demanding a refund on July 29. On July 30 I got the exact same email back from them. That is when I realized others have reported this thing as a scam and no one has ever received a product they ordered.

I found an add on Facebook for a cleaning product and I ordered it on May 3, 2018. The total charge taken immediately from my account was $69.94. I received a confirmation email that stated to allow 3-5 days for order processing and 2-4 weeks for shipping. On May 23rd I contacted the company checking on the status and I was told that the order was still processing. I again contacted them on 6/5 checking on the status and the order was still processing. I checked again on 6/14 and was told that the order was still processing. One 6/14, I replied and asked for a refund. I again contacted them on 07/09 asking about the status of the refund and they are checking on the status of the refund. I do not believe that they ever had a product and they have no intention of returning my money to me.
