I purchased a spot eraser pro for $*** once I placed the order I was charged an additional membership fee of $***. This membership fee was no where on any pages of purchase. I have contacted my bank to intervene and found no misconduct. I never received my product purchased 1/2018. I want full reimbursement. The number available on the internet page only gives a busy time. There is no response to my online complaint.

On September 9, 2017, I ordered merchandise from Trending Beauty. It is now October 5, 2017 and I have not received my order. They charged me in September for the item along with their charges for using a credit or debit card. The same charges showed up again on October 2, double charging me for merchandise never received. I sent an email asking where my order was and the next day they double charge me. They didn't respond to my email, yet they had no problem charging me again.

They steal your money and don't follow through on the orders. Their advertising is false.

I ordered through these people on 8/7/2017 and they said my item shipped. I tried contacting these people and all I would get was a generated email each time telling me the same thing. When I called their bluff they ceased all communications with me. After further investigating by me I found out that they keep advertising on face book by several difference names. I know this because they all have the same website. They advertise under these three names: Trending Beauty, Trending Things, and All Things Trending
