This company is a scam. They market themselves as a ScamPulse.com accredited company doing telehealth, but their number is invalid. They try to sell you on additional drugs, they take personal information like drivers license, addresses, etc. The form looks valid, but upon other research this is a scam. They take the money and then set up an automatic reocurring payment. Do not use this company.

TreatmyUTI.com markets that you can get a prescription or medication without seeing a doctor. Then after you enter your credit card information and provide your personal information including your driver's license, the next screen says you have to have an appointment but there is no way to schedule or contact anybody and the phone number just goes to a busy signal. No email address or online contact form on the website. It is a scam.
