On March 13, 2025 SERVICES NEVER COMPLETED! DISHONEST * We received a call from this business stating that they represented Brink's Home Security Systems, and that ATT was replacing towers in our area and our current security system would no longer work and needed to be replaced. *When the co. Rep and owner Travis Kealoha entered our home; they stated that the motherboard needed to be replaced immediately. *The owner and his rep stated that Brinks Security was going out of business, and they were REPLACING THEM *Immediately, they begin to install cameras. I asked where the motherboard was, and they said it was on backorder and would arrive in a few days. NEVER INSTALLED! *They emphatically said that there would be no increase in our monthly payments. * The rep had me sign this extensive contract on his phone. I immediately said I needed a hard copy to review, so I downloaded it on the spot at my house. *When we reviewed the hard copy with him, it stated that our bill would increase from around $45/month to $ 56/month and that we were financing $4500 over 180 months. *We immediately said to was not what we agree to and to cancel the contract immediately. *The company rep said he had to talk to his boss, left our house, and got him on a 3-way call. *They offered us a longer payment period. or to pay off in one year w/o penalty. I said no. *Finally, they stated that if we paid them $2700 CASH that they would cancel the contract. I said no and they agreed to cancel the contract and come get their equipment. This was the same day as the install March 13, 2025. *They kept extending the conversation to (as it were) stall us. On Friday, March 21, 2025, they came and removed the equipment, and I stated that I needed confirmation of the cancellation. He said no problem, that it was a process, and that everything was in motion. He said he would call to confirm with me on Monday, March 24, 2025. *This is the last we heard from the. They will not return our calls
