Nov 24, 2024 the charge of $3131.79 to my acount reflected under the name of budgetair.
Starting January 2024 I keep tracking the flight on budgetair.com and it exists on their website. I also got a notification email saying if I’m ready on my flight on Monday (the 19th og FEB)
Feb 18, 2024 I cannot do online check in. I called turking airline found out that the ticket number status says refunded.
I called my bank to ask if there’s a record of refundfrom last year up until today coz I don’t see it. My bank told me there was no refund to my account. Charge is existing on Nov 24,2023.
I sent an email to busgetair.com I tried the chatbot many many times but it won’t give a live agent. You just have to click for options. Worst is they don’t have a phone number to reach out to.
FEB19,2024 We went to do check early to the airport with our luggages. Found out we are not on the list/flight. Crew help us and check what happened and she was chatting to the computer. She said that it was refunded/cancelled on Oct 2,2024 which I don’t know about and there’s nothing she can do. The cost of that flight at that moment is already $9000 per head and I’m flying with my husband so thats gonna cost us a lot of money.. No email to me of any refund or cancellation. So stressed out we went back home. Same night i called my bank to inform about this and he said will do investigation and suggested to report it here. Id like to choose FILE A COMPLAINT option but the website is not on the list so I cannot proceed with the report.
Also when i check the email this is the other emal used : [email protected] and
the address on the email (this exactly whats on the email including the note)
