Repeated calls from them over the past 4 months, fraudulently claiming I have an unused travel package that I previously purchased, that can still be used for just the payment of a booking fee. These calls will start with an Indian call center, to bypass the DNC list, before it is transferred to Americans who continue to lie, such as claiming they are the booking agent for Allen Marketing Group.

Everyday like literally EVERYDAY I get a call from these people and get transferred to a “specialist “ first caller usually reads from a script in broken English- next person is “nice” but pushy because they want to give you the “ best deal “ and it’s only for today - todays “deal “ was brought down to $449 - for like 8 trips - one of which is a cruise for 2 - inside room but you can upgrade for a nominal fee but they don’t know what that is since there has been no booking. One trip includes airfare- I know this sounds too good to be true - but the phone calls are annoying and pretty soon I’m going to give them a phony cc number - annoying

These people call me at least once a day and have for years. I've tried to waste their time, requested they remove me, asked for managers, pranked them, i've tried everything. It is so frustrating but they need to be shutdown.

I was annoyed by all the calls, then I finally dealt with someone amazing! Super helpful. Super thorough. After a few min of being undecided, she was able to do something special for me because of my flex insurance that I had in 2017. They were able to send paperwork to my email and text with EVERYTHING the package contained. I didn't feel any pressure at all vs. other companies. I thought it was a scam, but again she was able to properly explain why the rates are so low. Everything checked out! I'm going to Cancun all inc trip Sept, I'm super excited.

SAVED MY LIFE & RELATIONSHIP! 10/10 AS LONG AS U FOLLOW THE COUPLE GUIDELINES THEY GIVE YOU. ITS AN AMAZING TRIP. VERY HELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE WOMAN WHO ASSISTED ME WAS PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE! THEY ARE FUFILLMENT THRU THE RESORTS. THE RATES THEY OFFER I WAS SKEPTICAL. SO FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LOOK HERE FOR THE GO HEAD...GO AHEAD! YOU WONT REGRET IT

Got a phone call telling me about an unused package from prior to the Pandemic I had purchased with insurance so all I had to do was pay a booking and processing fee of $700 to activated and have no expiration date. I had purchased no such package and was very suspicious as the package of 6 vacations with flights for some was way to good to be true.

They knew my phone number, email address, home address and mentioned that they work with or are affiliated with RCI, Hilton or Wyndham packages purchased.

The person that called even gave his “corporate ID” Daniel (9891) and a number to call back for booking.

As the call went on the agent became very pressured and mentioned credit card info was required upfront before a “Docusign contract was sent” they did sound credible but clearly a scam.

I didn’t give any other information or credit card, told them I wasn’t interested.
