Right after I booked airline ticket from traveljunctionus.com and I got confirmation email from them, almost at the same time I got another email from them to ask me to call back, then I called immediately, they want to add $100 to each ticket, change flight to next day or pay $75 cancelation fee. It's their mistake to put incorrect information online and ask me to pay for it.
I've never experienced this kind of fraud before, I have to call the credit card company to block this transaction tomorrow.

This website is a scam, they sent me FAKE barcodes for a flight. Called me about an hour later told me my flight would be hundreds of dollars more and if I decided not to book a flight with them I would be out (originally they tried to get me more $300 a ticket) it’s states on their website that if you cancel a flight it’s $200 per ticket but THERE WAS NO REAL FLIGHT BOOKED. Afraid they were going to take the price of the “tickets” out of my account I paid the $400 dollars. A fraudulent alert popped up and I still paid out of fear then you are forced to write an email to them saying I agreed to pay them because they know that they are fraudulent! PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE

Total scam! They offer you a cheap rate, then tell you it was not confirmed by the airline. Then they said it is impossible to cancel your reservation (the one that was not confirmed by the airlines). They imitated they are transferring your call to the airline, but that is one of their team. That person that was pretending to be a Lufthansa representative told me, that my reservation can't be cancel before the date of my return from the trip ... can you imagine that?!?!? I had to close and replaced my credit card.

This is an absolute scam. You think you are booking the correct flight that you want, and then they call after taking your information telling you that you need to upgrade and that the flights are not available. They told me that they already charged my card, and but needed to book new flights entirely. Nothing had been booked through the specific airlines. Luckily I was able to block my card, but this business is a complete rip-off.

I was googling and another travel/airfare website lead me to https://www.traveljunctionus.com/ where I thought I was booking a round trip flight for two people. I received a confirmation email with my flight itinerary. Then, nothing else. We arrived at the airport the day of our flight and attempted to check in but there was no record of our reservation. I called the phone number for travel junction listed in the email I had received and was told that my reservation was cancelled and my credit card was never charged. The person did not have a reason why and I didn't have time to pursue it further at that moment as we needed tickets immediately to board the flight we needed to be on - which cost $1,400 on the spot. Upon returning from our trip, I did some google searches on this company and it appears to be a scam where they tell you that the flight you booked is no longer available and get the person to pay more money than the original price for tickets that don't actually exist. They never actually got any money from me, but they did lie in that I received a confirmation email and they never sent me any sort of cancellation or any other communication after that, so instead of the flights costing $400, it cost us $1,400. I just got off the phone with them again and learned that someone was trying to contact me a few days after the initial 'booking' was made, but I have google assistant turned on so no spam calls come through on my cell phone while I am working remotely, so the person trying to call must have hung up and gave up on trying to further pursue their usual scam with me. Traveljunctionus.com is a scam company that attempts to steal money from people for flight tickets that don't even exist.
