Attempting to call royal caribbean for upcoming cruise. They were. Listed as a customer service number for billing,invoices.They could identify my charges etc after account number given so must be able to hack their website. Told me there was a difference yet to pay. We argued why was I not notified. As compensation offered free internet which turned up on my REAL bill and Ihad it deleted. Called fraud after call for credit card….whole thing was sketchy and red flags. Should have hung up.
