I received a phone call stating I could purchase a vacation package. The package included 3 vacations but I would have to complete a 90 minute tour during each vacation which sounded familiar because I have completed the timeshare tours before in Vegas and in Florida. The first vacation was 4 nights in Mexico for 4 people. The second vacation was a 7 night stay in Florida and the third vacation was set for Hawaii. I received a contract from George Harris. I made 5 separate payments totally $998.00. I had 4 years to take the vacations. I spoke with an Edgar Perez, George Harris and Carmen Cuervo. The payments show up on my credit card as Sr. Pago Reserbed. When I called to reserve my first vacation I was told the system was down and I should call back tomorrow. I called everyday for two weeks. On 11/17/24 I spoke with a Shantia. On 12/17/24 I spoke with a Corlette in Jamaica who hung up on me because I wouldn't provide her with my credit card number to activate a $100 Walmart gift card. I submitted a complaint with my state attorney general but unfortunately since the website, emails and phone numbers are all closed down or out of service. I am out $998.00 as my credit card company refused to refund me because the payments were over 2 years ago. Some of the phone numbers associated with this scam is 866-836-7889, 321-200-1861 and 833-338-6348. An additional email is [email protected]
