Paid for two people to go on a 3 day 2 night cruise. Have been trying to book the actually sail dates now for 3 days (twice today) and am told that I have to call back tom.
I have talked to an Andrew and a Mike and both were Jerks. I did not write down the names of the other 2 people I talked to.

STAY AWAY FROM TRAVEL & RESERVATION SERVICES!

Paid $996 plus an additional $100+ for insurance (ha ha) for a Florida "trip" which was supposed to include 2 nights in Orlando, 2 nights in Fort Lauderdale and a 3 day cruise. Plus a bonus "trip" to Jamaica. Like another review said, they never answer the phone and if you do get through they give you another number to call which then asks you to leave your phone number and they will call you back within 48 hours. Total bs. You can NEVER reach anyone. So sad that there are people out there scamming decent hard-working people out of their money. I don't understand why these people can't be stopped. I'm sure they just get a new phone number and start over looking for new people to scam. I definitely learned my lesson and will not be scammed into another one of these "great" travel deals.

Paid a total of $1,592 for vacation, plus extension (when they could not book due they said due to COVID-19). I don't think they ever intended to book regardless of COVID-19). I was a provided with a number to call for booking (844) 499-2273. I could not get a hold of anyone. Eventually I was provided with a different number (954) 315-8753. I called repeatedly over several weeks and eventually months. I've remained on hold for over an hour and I have no idea if someone would eventually answer, but their machine always says that due to the volume of calls... They also invite you to leave your phone number for a call back, but you'll never receive a call back.

So, after two years of trying to book eventually my trip again expired. Their customer service tried to have me purchase another extension, but never to help me book other than transferring to booking... They would offer to remain on hold with me but this was always a joke (on me). They would simply drop the call.

They sound very legit but SAVE YOUR MONEY! This is a scam.

Travel & Reservation Service, they say are based out of Orlando Florida. The scam starts with a call saying they have taken over the bookings from an out of business company called "Grand Imperial Cruises" and that the booking made through the original company is about to expire.. I had tried many times to confirm my original booking with " Grand Imperial Cruises" long before the expiry date but the web site and phone numbers didn't work. Also there was no effort by either "Grand Imperial Cruises" or Travel & Reservation Service to contact me, to inform me that I could book through Travel & Reservation Service until the last month before the original booking was due to expire.

If you try to book the cruise right away Travel & Reservation Service says you have to book 60 days in advance. But you cannot book because the booking will expire in 30 days. Then they try to sell you an extension of your original cruise or a new cruise package through Carnival Cruise Line.

This company, Travel & Reservation Service, is not registered to do business in Florida. Checked Sunbiz.org No company registered to "Travel & Reservation Service".

Also checked with Carnival Cruise line but the person was not able to find the company nor could they confirm if "Travel & Reservation Service" is a legitimate booking company.

Note that the company that went by the name " Grand Imperial Cruises" was also a scam company and stole the Payment I made in good faith. Both companies are out to take your money.
