I thought I dialed Southwest Airlines but later found I was off by one digit. The “Southwest agent” was helping me with a delayed SW flight. He seemed to have enough information about my flight to make it seem legitimate. He said he was not able to get me on another Southwest flight but he could cancel that flight for me and put us on an American flight that was leaving at 8:00 PM on that day. He told me it would cost $600 for two tickets but he would refund the $450 ticket from Southwest. I had no reason to think this was strange so I said yeah let’s go ahead and make the switch when I hung up with him I realized he had booked the flight for the next night on American. Correcting his error, he booked another American flight for the correct day. Each time charging us $690.12 and also he never refunded the Southwest flight fare. They have several phone numbers that they used while communicating with me:

I am sure they have many more numbers and all “agents” are foreign. When I call any of the above numbers, they hang up on me after I start to tell the situation.
