Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

Mr. Noor Z. Razzaq, the CEO of the company, represented himself as an expert in counter unmanned aircraft systems (CUAS) at conference in Arlington, VA on Feb 5-6. Mr. Razzaq represented himself as a former local and federal law officer. Claiming that he was a SWAT instructor for police, was certified by U.S. Customs in 2001, certified by Virginia Law Enforcement Justice Services, certified by the Department of Justice as a Deputy U.S. Marshal, which are all false. Mr. Razzaq claimed to have served as Chief, Faculty and Staff Development Division at the Joint Forces Staff College, National Defense University, on which there is no record of him as a professor or professional faculty. Mr. Razzaq attempted to get several conference participants to try and sign up for a $2995 'Cuas planning course' in which he would instruct with his claimed expert knowledge of homeland security as it relates to Cuas, which he has no knowledge or experience. Many participants at the conference complained about his attempts to sell a bogus course to them. Mr. Razzaq is a fraud represents himself to be an expert to try and con companies and agencies that are seeking real assistance. Mr. Razzaq lacks professionalism in the way he conducts himself by disrupting presentations and discussions by real professionals who are presenting. APSI's website continues to prove more that Mr. Nazzaq and his organization is full of hot air and empty promises. I truly hope they do not scam any other individuals or organizations out of time or money with their false representations.
