Cryptocurrency Scam

I joined a Facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/163472863716778) about early retirement. There was an individual, Jeremy Perry Blaine, with a blue checkmark on his profile, indicating that he is who he says he is. I checked his website, checked the SEC, and FINRA, and saw he was a legit person. He was posting some investment info to entice others to join. I reached out to him directly, and he "gave" me $1000 play money on https://traderoom.tcgliveweb.app/ to try out the trading platform. After that was done, I told him I was interested. He had me open an account on Strike and Blockchain, and he had me wire money (I wired $5k) to Strike, bought bitcoin, then transferred the bitcoin to the TCG Capital site. After a week, Jeremy had me withdraw $200 to Blockchain to show I could take money out. I traded for a couple of weeks, when I apparently hit a "limiter" that meant I would need to deposit more to continue trading. I have declined and asked to cash out. TCG Capital says that I can only take the money I deposited, and that I couldn't keep the profits, and that they place it on "hold" for 60 days before they disperse. I started digging a little more and discovered that this company TCG Capital is NOT the same as TCG Capital Marketing. They are not listed on SEC, FINRA, or other financial verifiers.
