When I didn't respond, I received a follow-up text from him the next day stating again that a registration would be filed if he didn't hear from me. He then gave me his "Direct Line" which was a number to a competing trademarking company - Trademark Wave. He was trying to scare me into using his company - Trademark Wave, but was using USA TM Solutions to do so.
I have looked up both USA TM Solutions and Trademark Wave and neither are registered in California. The number I was texted from is 213-659-0719. The "direct line" number is 866-272-5212 (goes to Trademark Wave).
