I used Trademark Nest to have my business trademarked. It was filed with the USPTO office on Jan 8th of 2024 and has been flagged as being a scam registration by the USPTO. I have emailed the USPTO and get the same response. I have called, emailed and chatted with Trademark Nest to be told that Richard Collins would contact me. Of course, I was never contacted. They always cut the chat off or hang up on you. They never return calls. Scammers! I HATE SCAMMERS!

I contacted Trademark Nest in the beginning of 2023 to have a business name trademarked. I paid an initial fee of 149.00 and was told another 350.00 is needed for the federal filing. I paid the 350.00 and was told I'd receive a certificate with the business name in a few weeks. I never received anything. After a few months I called to inquire about it was was told it takes 6 months. Now over a year later. I have not received anything regarding a trademark. I called today and was hung up on and now my calls are not going through as if i am blocked. This company is a scam and preys on people.
