Type of a scam Worthless Problem-solving Service
I have already filed a complaint with the California Bar against this firm/person for the unauthorized practice of law. I and one of these business owners contacted this firm asking to speak with **** ********. A man then claiming to be **** ******** answered and when asked for his bar number, he refused (bar numbers are public information and are required to be given when requested). This domain is being used to solicit fake trademark work - these emails are scams and are not solicited by an attorney. I am the only **** ******** attorney in California.
This firm is not a law firm and this person **** ******** using this email address [email protected] or [email protected] is NOT an attorney. He is fraudulently representing himself as me - I am **** ******** California attorney Bar # ******. This person and this firm are soliciting scam trademark work to unsuspecting clients. I have had three business contact me over their fraudulent solicitations in the past week alone.
Do not do business with these people, this is a scam and they are not attorneys.
