This company claims to file a basic trademark claim for $45 and accepts payment for that amount. However, once you have entered your personal, proprietary information you are called by an associate who wants an additional $300 or more to process your paperwork. If you decline, you are sent an aggressive, harassing text claiming another person is trying to file a claim for your trademark. (See attached). The offer made online is deceptive and the follow up text constitutes customer harassment to try and extort funds.

I am being harassed and they are doing the same thing for a site I already have and stated someone else is trying to trademark my site and they are giving me a chance to trademark it before they do it or I will have to take down my site. The text started out friendly now they are aggressive. They do this every few months and that is how I know they are lying.
