I am a professional musician, living hand-to-mouth, month-to-month, no investments or assets...my security is my ability to play. This guy sold me on the concept of "360-degree marketing" and moving me up to the next level. I had a whole plan laid out, we exchanged materials, had long conversations...then *poof* he was gone.

Gone.

With all my money. Ok, I'm the fool - so don't you be too.

Tracy J Allan has a long history of defrauding individuals, businesses , writing bad checks etc..

I unfortunately hired him to design , develop. market, brand my website which I paid $20,900 and he has never provided any work. He will not respond and has gone MIA. He has a trail of similar crimes. He changes his companies name and jumps around continuing to steal from people.
