Vendor claimed their bank couldn't deposit my Zelle transfer. Kept telling me to contact bank and they will refund me. After a while I said they won't refund me as the funds is no longer in my account but it is in yours. Magically a few minutes later it went through. Now he ships my product through Tracklet Cargo Logistics and they are saying my products are on hold and need a $185 "refundable" insurance deposit.

Scammers represented package delivery and required additional funds to cover insurance, and the funds would be returned. Also, there would be an additional charge of $25.00 each day the funds were not paid. Needless to say, no package, no funds returned.

Ordered a package. Once the package went through the shipping company, Tracklet Cargo Logistics, they requested an insurance payment of $111. I paid the insurance payment, and was followed up with a request for $220 for handling. They stated all payments were refundable upon package delivery.
