They lost our health information and other unspecified personal data. They are unwilling to tell us what data they lost and how they obtained our confidential data. Their phone number is an AI system. They are unwilling to escalate the phone call to a supervisor.

I request that they give us the full information on what data they have, how they obtained the data (including dates of acquiring the data) and their process by which they will delete these unauthorized data acquisition.

We never authorized this group or company to get our private personal and health data.
