Attended April 21, 2023 Tourism and Travel Show 2023

Attended this “show” in Medford, OR @ Rogue Regency Inn on Biddle Road. Since that time I’ve met with zero results in obtaining my Certificate ID so that I could claim my FREE 2 round-trip airfare tickets +2 nights at one of over 1000 Marriotts, Hilton’s or Hyatts and also $200 off at participating restaurants. Called the # given in Jenifer Smith letter, 866-271-1914 and spoke to a woman who referred me to customer service # 754-345-1575 in Deerfield Beach, FL. The # in Jenifer Smith’s letter was eventually “no longer in service.” Only one time was I able to speak with a real person @ the FL # and was told the Mgr. (Will) was gone for the weekend and he would call me on Monday to give me my Certificate ID. No callback received and since then I’ve made 5 phone calls, left voicemails with no return calls. Today 6/27/23 they cut off that number to me, and a recording said: “Sorry the # you dialed cannot be reached from your calling area!” So glad I never purchased any travel packages from them, and possibly because I didn’t, is why they won’t give the freebies as noted in the letter AND at the show. The travel packages offered at the show were probably a scam too.

We received the attached letter in the mail today. The letter is made to look like this event is happening at the Davenport Grand Hotel. A quick Google search reveals this to be a scam. Just wanted to try and warn my local community to not fall for this. Hopefully you can help share this. I didn't bother to call the phone number since it is a scam.
