I ordered a product online from Torywest.com in April of 2017. In June I messaged the company in regards to not receiving my order after 2 months. They claimed it was on back order but would be shipping out in the next couple weeks. They stated it was coming from China, so it may take 3 to 6 weeks. It is now October 2017 and I still have not received the product and I have seen several other reviews from others who have had the same thing happen and the company just keeps saying it is on back order or they are not responding at all.

I ordered neoprene tanks from torywest, recieved nothing sent several emails told it would be shipped that week and have recieved nothing!! Ordered on April 29th 2017 took it out of my account on may 1 2017 ! They will not return phone calls or emails !! I just want my $59.85 back!! Very disappointed in this company! !

Type of a scam Online Purchase

On May 12, 2017 I purchased a Neoprene tank top from the "Brand" name of ToryWest... I messaged them on May 17, 2017 to ask about an estimated shipping date and tracking number.. I was told that my order would be shipped out that week and I would get it in about a week to 10 days.. After not getting an email or any contact from them I messaged them again on May 24th, 2017 to ask about the shipping.. Again told that it be shipped this week.. Told that i would get a tracking number once it went through customs.. Never received anything.. I asked who would be sending emails to notify me of shipping.. Only told Customer Service.. I then proceed to ask where is the item located as on their "page" with facebook and website it does not state that it is shipped from China.. They said China.. On June 9th I messaged them again and told that my order had shipped and it would take 2-3 weeks to get to me since it comes from China.. I told them that I had already been told 3 other times that it has already shipped.. Still no email or replies.. I Message them again on June 14th asking where my order is.. I received an auto reply stating that it is now on Back order and will be shipping out "next week" and I would get a 20% off my next order or could get a full refund after I get it.. June 16-19 I kept sending messages asking where my items are.. I only get the same auto reply from a Director of Customer Service Ray Twitty.. June 28th again same auto reply. July 4-11 No contact with me at all after repeated messages.. July 11, 2017 was sent a message saying I would be getting my order very soon. I asked did they have a tracking number for it? They stated Not yet but once it ships you will be emailed one.. July 12-August 10,2017 Contacted them each day.. no reply.. Now I am blocked from sending them messages and comments on their site.. I have called the number listed on their website and get a recording that ask you to leave your number for a call back that never happens.. Emailed the address listed on their website and no reply..
